The Pulse

Know which account is ready before your competitors do.

Every week, your accounts show their hand: a new hire, a funding round, a leadership change, a competitor stumble. The Pulse scans for moves, works out which ones mean an account is warming up, and hands your team the play to run while the window’s still open.

What The Pulse actually is

The Pulse is a service, not a platform. You don’t log into anything, license a tool, or train your team on new software.

Each week, we monitor a defined set of signal sources against your named account list, funding and news, leadership and role moves, hiring patterns, tech-stack changes, competitor activity, and engagement with your own campaigns. We score what we find against your ICP, and we send your team the accounts that are moving, with the play to run on each one.

Tools that surface raw signals already exist. The value isn’t the feed. It’s a team that knows your accounts, reads what each actually means, and tells you what to do. That’s what software can’t do, and what we do for you.

What that looks like in practice

One signal, from the moment it lands to the move your team makes. That’s the difference between a dashboard saying “engagement is up 12%” and a partner saying “this account is buying, here’s how to get in.”

The signal

A VP of Engineering at a target account posts that she’s hiring six platform engineers.

The read

Hiring in engineering means they’re scaling infrastructure. Budget is moving and a buying committee is forming, months before anyone would fill out a form on your site.

The play

Your team gets the angle, the channel and the timing: scaling without the cost blowout, a warm intro through the CTO your rep already met, this week, before any roles are filled.

From raw signal to the play you run.

Signal monitoring

We track the buying signals that actually predict movement: leadership and role changes, funding, hiring patterns, tech adoption, competitor activity, and engagement with your campaigns. Filtered to your accounts, so you see what matters and not the noise.

Account scoring

Not every signal means act now. We score and prioritise them by what they say about an account’s readiness, so your team spends time on the accounts warming up, not the ones that look busy but aren’t moving.

Signal-to-play

A signal on its own is just information. The Pulse pairs each one with the play that fits: the message, the channel, the next move. Your team gets “this account did this, so do that,” not a dashboard they have to interpret.

Always-on, not one-off

The Pulse doesn’t stop when a campaign launches. It feeds account selection at the start and live triggers all the way through, so the work stays current instead of going stale the month after kickoff.

Built into Plan and Pursuit, not bolted on.

You get a weekly read on your accounts: what moved, what it means, and what to do about it. Not a real-time firehose you have to babysit, and not a quarterly report that’s stale before you open it. A weekly rhythm your sales team can actually act on.

During The Plan, it’s where your account selection and intent data come from, so the list is built on real signals, not a database snapshot.

During The Pursuit, it’s what tells you which account just moved, so campaigns react inside the window that matters instead of running on a fixed schedule.

Why The Pulse beats buying another platform.

Signals, not dashboards.

Most intent tools hand you a feed and leave you to work out what it means. We tell you what to do about each signal. The work is in the interpretation, and that’s the part we do for you.

Your accounts, not a firehose.

Tuned to your named account list and your ICP. You’re not drowning in market-wide intent data, you’re watching the accounts you’ve actually decided to win.

No platform to buy or learn.

You don’t license another tool or train your team on it. The Pulse runs as part of the engagement, on top of the stack you already have.

Real campaigns. Real numbers. No fluff.

We anonymise the clients but not the results. Here’s what ABM looks like when it stays current.

Frequently Asked Questions

The ones that predict an account is moving, not vanity activity.

Leadership and role changes, new hires in relevant functions, funding rounds, tech adoption and churn, competitor activity, and how your accounts engage with your campaigns.

We filter all of it to your named account list, so you see what’s happening inside the accounts you’ve chosen to win, not market-wide noise.

Intent data tells you a category is warming. The Pulse tells you which of your accounts just did something worth acting on.

We run it. The Pulse isn’t software you license and learn.
It runs underneath your engagement, and what reaches your team is the part that matters: this account moved, here’s the play. No new dashboard, no seat licences, no tool for someone to own and maintain.
If you’d rather have signals land in a channel you already use, like Slack or your CRM, we set it up there.

It works best as the layer under The Plan and The Pursuit, but yes, it can run on its own.

If you’ve already got a strategy and a team to act on signals, The Pulse can feed them without us running the campaigns. What it isn’t is a self-serve subscription.

It’s a managed layer we tune to your accounts, so it comes with us attached, not as a login.

Those tell you a topic is trending across a market. The Pulse tells you what to do about a specific account.

Intent platforms surface category-level signals across thousands of companies. Useful, but it’s still raw data your team has to interpret and act on, and most don’t have time.

The Pulse is narrower and deeper: your accounts only, scored for readiness, each signal paired with a play. Less data, more decisions. You’re not buying another feed to ignore. You’re buying the interpretation.

As a layer inside a Plan or Pursuit engagement, it’s built into the scope rather than priced separately.

Run on its own, it’s a monthly managed fee that depends on how many accounts you’re tracking and how active the signal-to-play cadence is. We’ll give you a real number on the first call once we know your account count.

No per-seat pricing, no platform licence stacked on top.

Within the first couple of weeks, once we’ve tuned it to your account list.

Setup is mapping your accounts, your ICP and the signal types that matter for your market. After that, signals start landing as they happen.

The first weeks are usually noisier as we calibrate what’s worth flagging for you specifically.

It sharpens fast.

No. It points them at the right accounts at the right moment, so their research goes further.

Your reps still do the human work: the context, the relationship, the call. The Pulse just means they’re spending that effort on accounts that are actually warming, not working a static list top to bottom.

It’s a force multiplier for the team you have, not a replacement for them.

It gets scored, prioritised, and paired with a recommended play, then it goes to whoever acts on it.

A funding round might trigger a specific message and a sales touch. A competitor switch might trigger a different one. The Pulse decides which signals are worth your team’s time and what the next move is.

You’re never handed a raw alert and left to work out what it means. That interpretation is the whole point.

Yes. The Pulse sits on top of what you’ve already got.

We can route signals and plays into your CRM, Slack, or wherever your team already works, so it fits your existing rhythm rather than adding another place to check.

We don’t ask you to rip anything out or buy anything new to make it run.

It happens, and the system gets better at your accounts the longer it runs.

Early on we calibrate together: you tell us which flags were useful and which weren’t, and we tune the scoring. The point isn’t to catch every signal, it’s to catch the ones worth acting on and suppress the rest.

A tool that cries wolf gets ignored. We’d rather flag less and have your team trust every one.

You already know which accounts matter.

Let’s go win them.
